SwepCo Inc. - was founded in 1987 by a group of experienced professionals with a minimum of 120 years of on-the-job experience in all phases of industrial and residential construction, as well as maintenance for clients requiring on-the-job project management and maintenance.
Swepco Inc. is a HUD/FEMA designated homebuilder and Louisiana licensed general contractor) and in September of 2009 was selected by the State of Louisiana and FEMA as (1) of (15) general contractors to rebuild and restore the housing stock in South Louisiana (which suffered through three hurricanes over the past 10 years). Since 1987 Swepco Inc has been affiliated with Aegis Hospitality Management and Development, LLC, Grapevine Hotel Investments Ltd., Blue Bayou Construction, and many churches, schools, and chemical facilities.
As a licensed commercial general contractor, Swepco Inc. partnered with an Italian engineering company to build two oil and gas plants in Louisiana, and together they were able to enhance each other in financing and bonding.
The strength of these two companies working together helped to expand contracting and building capability within the United States and abroad.

BRSE Inc. (BRSE) is a BIPOC-owned media entertainment & technology based in New York and Los Angeles, “Where tech meets Dance + Music + Fashion + Sports Lifestyle and Culture”.
BRSE is creating and collaborating with “best of breed” production, technology, and distribution partners (along with brands and sponsors), to create “Next Wave” (IP) content and immersive experiences…in film, television, augmented reality, mixed reality (3D AR/XR/6G), and live events, with a focus on creating digital assets, virtual characters, and NFTs.
Over the next 36 months, BRSE and its development partners will be producing and capturing lifestyle branded series, interstitial programming, and dance competitions and events, for multiple streaming and digital distribution platforms. BRSE and Westbrook Media Inc. (WMI) have signed an agreement to develop and produce a (3) Phased (Dance themed) IP slate, with planned releases in 2024 in time for Breakdancing's first ever appearance as a metal sport at the 2024 Summer Olympic Games in Paris, FR.
BRSE is also a strategic alliance partner with Breaking For Gold - USA (BFG), the sanctioned body for USA Dance, and the official governing body for U.S/ Olympics for Dance. BFG oversees the development, selection, and support of the USA’s forthcoming Olympics-breaking team.
The alliance’s primary focus: increase awareness of "Breaking" as an Olympic event and to educate and inform the public about the sport, the athletes, and their journey to and through the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris, FR and the 2028 Games in Los Angeles.
