Charles Noh, CHA
Chairman + CEO

Charles is a Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) specializing in ADOM (Acquisition, Development, Operations & Management), with 30+ years in management and operations in Asia Pacific, Europe, Hawaii, and the US, with an aggregate value of nearly $4 Billion.    

Charles heads a consortium of investors overseeing the development of high-value mixed-use resort assets in Seoul, Vientiane, China, and the U.S., which is also developing partnerships for multi-media production opportunities throughout Asia and Indo-China.    

Charles received Hotel Training - Scuola Internazionale di Scienze Turistiche (SIST), Rome, Italy; Management Training - Hyatt Regency Hong Kong & Manila; Management Training - Grand Hyatt Seoul; Kennedy Western University MBA and Ajou (Asia) Institute of Technology, Korea- BS Mechanical Engineering.

Charles also sits on the Board of Governors for the Space Tourism Society.

Swep is a licensed general contractor and founded Swepco Inc. (a licensed commercial general contractor), in 1987 as a group of experienced professionals with a minimum of 120 years of on-the-job experience in all phases of industrial and residential construction, as well as maintenance for clients requiring on-the-job project management and maintenance.  

In September of 2009 Swepco Inc. (a HUD/FEMA designated homebuilder and Louisiana licensed general contractor) was selected by the State of Louisiana and FEMA as (1) of (15) general contractors to rebuild and restore the housing stock in South Louisiana (which suffered through three hurricanes over the past 10 years).

Swepco partnered with the Italian engineering company Belleli to build two oil and gas plants in Louisiana. Swepco has been affiliated with Aegis Hospitality Management & Development, LLC, Grapevine Hotel Investments Ltd., Blue Bayou Construction, and many churches, schools, and chemical facilities.
Ron Norwood
President + COO
Ron launched his real estate development company Unity Development & Management Co, LLC (in 2012) to create construction projects from concept, planning, design/engineering, and finance to completion of the construction phase.    
Ron previously served as Managing Member for a National Pastoral Insurance Life & Retirement Program procuring providers MetLife, AIG, Prudential, Tysers & Church Mutual.  He also co-founded ARCM, a construction risk management firm for large public entity projects (sports arenas, convention centers, public schools).  

Ron was the former lead Investigator for financial compliance audits & operational investigations for the Dept. of Regulatory Agencies for the state of Colorado’s AG office, via the Colorado Real Estate Commission.
Don Lewis III
Chief Revenue Officer + CIO
Don is a business development specialist with (20) years of managing and driving organizational growth and profitability for emerging businesses, developers, and entrepreneurial start-ups.    

Don recently oversaw business development and investment strategies for a CA law firm, setting up operations JL Real Estate Development, while spearheaded over $70 million in equity investments and nearly $30 million in EB-5 foreign investment for the firms residential, hospitality, and healthcare development projects.    

He previously served as CMO for EB5 Services, LLC which connected project owners with alternative capital through EB-5 foreign investment, and through their alliance partners facilitated nearly $120 million in EB5 investments.

Don served as VP of Tech & Diversity Programs for the non-profit United Minority Contractors Association which had a membership of 319,000 independent contractors nationwide and UMCA Resource Group.  

Don began his career in music and film production and later worked as a freelance creative producer for Ad and brand agencies in NYC, serving as both copywriter and producer and working in production on 250+ radio, television and print commercial campaigns for a wide array of clients: AON, Apple, AT&T, Avon, BCBG, Coors, Gatorade, IBM, Kmart, PONY, Rebok, Seven7 Jeans, Starz, and Walmart.
Jim Isbell
Chief Financial Consultant
Jim has over (20) years of experience in the financial services industry and has vast knowledge and strong relationship skills in asset growth and managing clients. He is a licensed real estate broker and holds a Series 7 license Jim rebuilt six new territories raising over $1.4 billion dollars in sales, achieving a top 5 ranking during his tenure.

Jim started his consulting firm Isbell Enterprises catering to companies/ developers ranging from $1M to $100M in annual revenue, assisting clients in capital and debt raises for commercial real estate and has over $200 million in Oil/Gas deals scheduled to close in 2023.

Jim is a Boston native w and the University of Massachusetts. He is married to Gail for 21 years and has three children Jack, Anna and Ryan. He also enjoys any type of fishing and sporting clays.
David Schwartz
Development + Finance Consultant
David is a principle in the development company Grey Block Group in SoCal, which develops multi-family and transitional housing,

David has 20 years as a banking, investment banking, and financing specialist assisting clients (developers, GCs, and contractors) with structuring and procuring capital stack requirement for their development and construction projects and other business enterprises.

David has help previous served as SVP
 with multiple national and regional bank with focuses in the western U.S.

Mr. Schwartz has also served a principle with a Michigan based developer specializing in development of multi-family urban infill, transitional housing, assisted living, student housing, and SFR development. From acquisition, entitlements, ground up, and rehab.
